I started with the assumption that products like telegram, slack, discord, zoom, meet, etc are competing in collaboration and community space & partially stealing WhatsApp’s potential users. In this case study, I’ll share what I have learned from my mistakes.

The goal was to create a mobile eCommerce experience for users to browse the catalog, find items they’re looking for, initiate checkout, and complete the purchase.
