Each year, 10kdesigners organises 2 cohorts. The first cohort was launched in 2020 and was proven to be highly successful.
Let's chat about the exciting outcomes from our first cohort.
A whopping 80% of our cohort members landed fantastic new jobs or internships in design or product-related fields. For those who decided to take a different path, we've got some diverse choices. About 7% of our members became founders, 7% chose to upskill, and around 7%, decided not to pursue a career in design or related fields, opting for different adventures.

Role after 10kdesigners Cohort: UI Designer at IIFL, Sr. Product Designer at PetThinQ Inc, Designer at The Next Chapter
Abhishek Mahamkali, who was a Product Engineer at Citi, transitioned into the field of design after completing the cohort at 10kdesigners. He secured roles as a UI Designer at IIFL, followed by positions as Sr. Product Designer at PetThinQ Inc and Designer at The Next Chapter.
Adarsh Panikkar

Adarsh Panikkar started as a Product Design intern at Nova Benefits, then joined Juno as a Senior Product Designer after completing the 10kdesigners cohort. His work led to a promotion as Lead Product Designer at Juno.
